Shipping Policy:We normally ship using Priority Mail. We are now using a flat rate shipping charge of $5.50 for all orders. We ship in the US and to US Military Service Personnel at APO/FPO addresses overseas as if they were in the US. We make every effort to ship within 3 days of the receipt of your order if it is received on Monday through Friday. We do not backorder items, so we may hold a shipment if we expect a product to arrive within 48 hours. If the delay is expected to be longer, we will offer to hold your shipment until the item arrives, or remove the item from your shipment.If you live outside of the US, please contact us for your appropriate shipping charges. We will give you some options for shipping to keep your shipping costs within reason. We will ship needles (both cut and uncut) international and can normally ship needles for $18.00 for most countries and for $14.00 total for Canadian orders. Cost for shipping larger packages to other countries varies. Please email us at orders@tryourdesigns.com to enquire about your specific country. If you use a credit card, we will add the additional shipping charge before processing your credit card payment. If you pay by PayPal and do not include the additional shipping, we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping. We will delay your order until we receive the payment for the additional shipping.
Payment Policy:We are now accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards directly through our secure shopping cart. If you wish to pay by credit card by phone, please choose this option and we will call you to obtain your credit card number. We will continue to accept PayPal as well. We ship by the next business day following receipt of notice from PayPal that the payment has been received. Please be advised that it you use PayPal and pay using a checking account, it may take as long as 4 business days for PayPal to clear your payment.
Return Policy:If we make a mistake in your order, please let us know by emailing us at tryourdesigns@aol.com. If we ship an incorrect product, we will be glad to replace the product at no additional cost to you and will pay for you to ship the incorrect product back to us. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, we will not refund any shipping and handling expenses. Please be sure to contact us by email PRIOR to returning any item to us to obtain information on the return process.Failure to receive shipment:We use the US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation system to document receipt of orders. When your order is shipped, an email is sent to the email address given with the order. The email contains the USPS tracking number. The customer is responsible for informing us at 843-695-1494 or tryourdesigns@aol.com if their order fail to arrive within 30 days of placing the order or if the delivery confirmation info is incorrect. We have not had any packages shipped to US addresses that were not received, although we have had to work with the Post Office to locate a few misplaced packages. If you package is not received within 14 days of shipping, we place a trace for the package with the US Postal Service. We allow 10 days for the postal service to respond before we make any adjustments. Any claim for non-receipt received more than 30 days after the order date or will not be honored.
