John Deer's fabulous embroidery designs. If you fall in love with them
all like I did, you need to join his ladybug club to save on his designs.
Here is the link to the club:

I am working with his 3-D Butterflies and hope to have some samples
posted soon that are made with needle punched silk as the background fabric.

Sheila Smith's website. Her book "Felt to Stitch" is fabulous
for inspiration. Lots of felting ideas, some for wet felting and others
for needle felting. I am trying to translate some of the wet felting ideas
to machine needle felting.

Cookie Gaynor's website. If you are anywhere
near Atlanta (or any other city where she might teach), you should definitely
take one or more of her classes. She offers great projects and is an
excellent instructor. And, it is thanks to Cookie that I began my journey
with the Babylock Embellisher.

If you cannot get the changeable 5 needle unit for the Janome XPression from
a local dealer, you can contact Ashby's Sewing Center in Atlanta. Marc
Briley, co-owner of the store, has agreed to ship these replacement units to
anyone who is unable to get this part from a local dealer. When you call
or email, tell them that you want Part Number 725822004 Changeable 5-Needle Unit
for the FM-725 Felting machine. Marc says that they are keeping the part
in stock, so they should be able to ship them out quickly. Please tell him
that you were referred to his store by my website. They are a very
friendly bunch of people with lots of southern hospitality and were kind enough
to let me post this link for those of you who are having trouble getting the
replacement part.

Ema Nobuko has done some
amazing things with the Embellisher. Located in Japan, she teaches classes
there as well as internationally. Her website is definitely full of
inspiration. You will definitely enjoy taking a look at her art.
