Angelina fiber is very fine.  It only takes a very small amount of Angelina to add sparkle and flash to your felt.  I recommend adding it as the last fiber to your felt.  After needle felting it in by hand or machine, your should cover your item with a piece of parchment paper and iron on the silk setting.  It only takes a very short time for the fiber to fuse, so check it often.

You can also make "fabric" from this Angelina by just putting a small amount between two pages of paper (I prefer to use parchment paper, but printer paper will do.)  Use your iron on the silk setting, checking to make sure it does not scorch.  The result will be a very thin sheet of sparkle.  For more info on how to use Angelina, check out our tutorial Free Tutorials and Information Pages.
